SDI supports our customer-staffed (hosted solutions) programs through our customer service center. Representatives in our call center are currently available 10 hours a day, five days a week, and can guide the end user in ordering materials, handling returns, and general questions. Online links are available with all our e-catalogs that provide names, faces, and contact information for our call center personnel, as well as status indicators to let you know if they are available for immediate assistance. The hours of operation are flexible given the needs of our existing customers, and can be modified to fit any specific needs.
